+ How do I create a personal account?

At the top right of our any page, you'll find the For Artists menu – choose Register, or at the top left of any page choose button Register and begin creating your new personal profile.
After submitting your Email address, You will receive a verification email with further instructions. Check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive this Email. Welcome to CheliniArt!

+ How do I change my personal details like address, password etc.?

At the right sidebar you'll find "Account information", under where you control all of your settings and personal details.

+ How do I sell a work on CheliniArt?

We make it easy, and are here to advise you every step of the way.
Once you're logged in, simply click the "Post New Artwork" at right sidebar menu or at the top right of our any page, you'll find the "Artworks & Bookmarks" - "Post New Artwork" and submit your Artwork.

+ What is a Insurance Deposit?

By accepting an offer you as Consignor will be required to pay 3.5% refundable Insurance Deposit which is released by Buyer upon receiving the item.
By Releasing Insurance Deposit the Buyer confirms receipt of goods.
Insurance Deposit is the Consignor warranty that the Consignor has and shall be able to deliver unencumbered title to the Lot, clear of all claims.

+ How many images can I provide with one Artwork?

You can upload up to three images for your single Artwork. Make sure that each image meets CheliniArt requirements: file must be less than 1024 x 1024 pixels and less than 1 MB.

+ Can I cancel auction and post it again as new one?

No. This is prohibited in CheliniArt. You can Raise to Top in the auction list, but not make duplicates.

+ What is One Click Sale?

One Click Sale is a feature that allows buyers to purchase certain work on the Site immediately without auction.

+ What does "Make an Offer" mean to Sellers?

The action "Make an offer" allows interested buyers to offer a price for a specific work.
Buyer can to bid higher or lower for the lot. You may choose to accept or simply decline any offer made on your work within duration of auction.
All offers on your work will be sent to you via email. As soon as you accept the offer and buyer Confirms a Bid, your work will show up as sold on the platform.

+ What does it cost me to sell an Artwork?

Sellers do not pay any money to sell on CheliniArt.
By confirming a bid buyer pay 25% commission which is been deducted from total payable to the Consignor.

+ When and how will I receive the money from my sale?

We will begin processing your payout 7 days after your artwork has been safely delivered to the buyer, which means that you will see the money in your account within 14 business days of delivery. All payments are made via PayPal.

+ How can I contact a Buyer to discuss the details of purchase?

The Buyer and the Seller are prohibited from publishing their contact details in the publicly accessible places on CheliniArt site (names or description of the artworks, participant's rates, personal pages, portfolio, business card, etc.).

This is done so that the Buyer and the Seller can not collude with each other bypassing the rules of the Auction and do not infringe upon the rights and opportunities of other participants.

Contacts remain hidden until the Seller stops choosing Bidder and assigns him as a Buyer, and until the Buyer does not accept the offer to buy the artwork.

If the Seller decides that the Buyer is the right person to buy the artwork, he assign him as a winner.

At the same time, the system notifies the selected Buyer about the Seller's choice. The auction goes into the "Frozen" status and the bids are temporarily stopped.

The buyer can find the status of the offer in his Dashboard by clicking on the "Auctions & Bookmarks" link in the right sidebar on his Dashboard.

If the Buyer accepts the Seller's offer: the system sends them contact information via e-mail. The auction goes into the status "Delivered."

The buyer can refuse to buy the lot: in this case, the auction is transferred to the status of "Open" and is ready to accept new offers.

Violators of the rules that publish contact information lose their further participation in auctions at without the right of restoration or are punished with a fine in the amount of the highest bid of the auction.

If the Buyer has suggested to you as an Artist to enter into collusion and to bypass the system, chances are that it is a fraudster. Be extremely careful and careful in such proposals. As a Seller, you do not pay any money to the Auction, but only sell your works. Why violate the rules of the auction and lose the opportunity to realize your artwork from our site?
